1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MyLPG AI, operated by Dr. Anurag Singh, Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("Company," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of the MyLPG AI application at mylpgai.com and related mobile applications on Google Play.

By registering, logging in, or using any feature of the service, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

MyLPG AI is an AI-powered LPG cylinder tracking platform providing:

• LPG usage tracking, logging and analytics
• Gas Saver AI™ — personalised meal plans to reduce gas consumption
• Refill predictions and reminder alerts
• Live LPG price information for 45+ countries
• Photo AI food detection for gas usage estimation
• Premium subscription features (where applicable)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyLPG AI. By using the service you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

Accounts may be created via email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials confidential.

4.2 Account Security

Notify us immediately at mylpgai.com@gmail.com of any unauthorised account access. We are not liable for losses from unauthorised use of your account.

5. Data Collection & DPDP Act 2023

MyLPG AI complies fully with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). As Data Fiduciary, we process personal data only with your explicit consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data We Collect

• Name, email address, country
• LPG usage data you enter
• Food photos when using Photo AI (processed in real-time, not stored permanently)
• Device type and usage analytics

Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

• Right to Access — Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to Correction — Correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your account and data
• Right to Withdraw Consent — Withdraw at any time
• Right to Grievance Redressal — Lodge complaints with us or the Data Protection Board of India

Exercise any right by emailing mylpgai.com@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international law
• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the service
• Use bots or automated scrapers
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Use the service for any unauthorised commercial purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We specifically disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy of LPG price data, AI predictions, service availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, MYLPG AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our maximum liability shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount paid by you in the last 3 months, whichever is lower.

9. Premium Subscriptions & Refunds

9.1 Pricing

Premium is available at ₹99/month or ₹799/year via Razorpay. Free tier features remain free always.

9.2 Refund Policy

• Monthly plans: No refund after billing date. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• Annual plans: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no premium features were used. No refund after 7 days.
• Technical issues: If premium features are unavailable for 72+ continuous hours due to our fault, subscription is extended by the affected period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content including Gas Saver AI™ technology, design, and code is owned by MyLPG AI and protected under applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of data you input. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for Terms violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. You may delete your account anytime from app settings. Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion per DPDP Act 2023.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Before legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days.

We may update these Terms with 7 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
