MyLPG AI is operated by Dr. Anurag Singh, Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra, India. We are the Data Fiduciary under India's DPDP Act 2023 for all personal data processed through mylpgai.com and our mobile application.

All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
Passwords never stored in plain text — Firebase Auth handles this
Data breach notification within 72 hours as required by DPDP Act
Account data retained until you delete your account
Food photos — not retained, processed in real-time only
Payment records — 7 years as required by Indian tax law
Personal data deleted within 30 days of account deletion

7. Children's Privacy

MyLPG AI is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us to report any such concerns.

8. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be notified via email or in-app with 7 days advance notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
