MyLPG AI offers a 100% free tier with full core features — no credit card required. This Refund Policy applies only to Premium subscription purchases.
Free Tier
✅ The free version of MyLPG AI is completely free. There is nothing to refund for free tier users.
Premium Subscription Plans
📅 Monthly Plan — ₹99/month
- ❌ No refunds once the monthly billing period has started
- ✅ Cancel anytime — cancellation stops future charges immediately
- You retain premium access until the end of the paid billing period
📆 Annual Plan — ₹799/year
- ✅ Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no premium features were used
- ❌ No refund after 7 days from purchase date
- Cancel anytime to stop auto-renewal at year end
Technical Issue Refunds
If premium features were completely unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our technical fault (not your device or internet), we will extend your subscription by the number of affected days. We do not issue cash refunds for technical issues but will compensate with extended access.
How to Request a Refund
- Email mylpgai.com@gmail.com with subject: "Refund Request"
- Include: your registered email address, purchase date, and reason for refund
- We will respond within 3 business days
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay
How to Cancel
- Open MyLPG AI app → My Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Or email us at mylpgai.com@gmail.com
- Cancellation takes effect immediately — no future charges
- Your premium access continues until the end of the paid period
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after 7 days (annual plan) or any time (monthly plan)
- Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
- Partial use of subscription period
- Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination
